• Contact form. When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Server and access data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of the request. This is standard for the secure operation of any website.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the site sets no non-essential cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your enquiry — to answer and, where relevant, take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Service providers (processors)

We rely on a small number of carefully selected providers who process data on our behalf:

• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and contact-form handling (United States). Data may be transferred to the US on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Proton AG — email services used to receive and respond to your enquiry (Switzerland, recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection).
• Bunny Fonts — privacy-friendly delivery of website fonts from within the EU; no data is shared with third parties for this purpose.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA (for example to our hosting provider in the United States), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted. Technical server logs are stored for a short period for security purposes and then removed.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; and to data portability.
